I am not one of those people that owns so much of a certain brand that I'll wear an entire outfit from one brand. I like to shop at a handful of places in order to get a variety of aesthetics in my wardrobe. What's fun about sticking to one brand, and therefore one style? Boring. 

I bought all these Forever 21 pieces at different times, but when it was time to get dressed one morning, it just made sense to pair them together! Just like the trust olive anorak, the vest is no different. It goes with anything and adds a cool-girl element when you know you want to add something to your outfit, but not sure what.

Crisp White Blazer

This was one of my favorite looks, and one of the easiest. I wore these boyfriend shorts to death over summer, with everything with tanks, plaid shirts, light sweaters and my plethora of graphic t's from J.Crew. I knew I needed a white blazer after I saw a ton of celebs sporting them in magazines and how it took a simple outfit to instant chic. I decided to score one at H&M for less than $20; it fits great, and if a major stain disaster does occur, I won't be too devastated. You just won't see me wearing this on a Saturday night out at the bars. I can't wait to wear it with boyfriend denim in the fall.
